New products will be added on a regular basis.  If you are looking for a particular item but don’t see it listed please ask as we may have it in stock but have not yet listed.

 

Prices and Shipping Costs 

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. All shipping costs are pre set and prices can be found on our Delivery Information page.   We offer free delivery on UK orders over £50.00

 

Sales Agreement

All products, services and prices shown in our online shop are not legally binding. After entering all personal contact information and by clicking the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order is considered binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the delivery confirmation is sent. If you do not receive confirmation or the actual delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.

 

Terms and Conditions

All Terms and Conditions are presented on the on this web site and may be downloaded. Order data and the Terms and Conditions are also part of our order confirmation e-mail, which we send to you after the order processing has been completed.

 

Privacy Policy

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and to gather broad demographic information. Our system uses cookies to enable us to track information such as what items were added to your shopping cart, are you logged into a customer account etc. These are known as 'session cookies' and are placed on your computer by our server. That is why you are able to add items to your shopping cart today, shut down your computer, revisit our site the following day and the items are still in your shopping cart. Session cookies expire after 3 days.

 

Personal Information

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.  The type of information we record are your name, address, telephone number and email address. We may use this information to contact you with regards to an order you have placed or a query you have raised with us. We will also use your email address to send promotional emails from time to time; if you no longer wish to receive emails, please log on to your account to manage the status of your subscriptions or you can contact us via our contact page.  Other than for the reasons stated above, we will not use your information in any way whatsoever and will not divulge your information to anyone outside of our company. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

 

Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of payment (Monday – Friday) we do not post at weekends or Bank/Public holidays.  All items are posted using either 1st Class Recorded or for heavier items Standard Parcels (this is for UK deliveries only) International orders will be shipped via International Signed For service. 

We are unable to write any special delivery instructions on the parcel (i.e. please leave behind the gate) as your item will require a signature upon receipt. 

 

Back Orders

We do not accept back orders, we try to keep the website up to date with stock information, however if after placing your order your item is not in stock, we will refund you for the out of stock item(s).

 

Returns Policy

Should any of your order be unsuitable we will be happy to refund if contacted within 14 days of receipt.  This return will be made at your expense, please note:- we are unable to exchange paper/cardstock and stickers taken off the roll unless faulty or items which have been opened and would not be suitable for re-sale.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Damaged Items

In the rare event of faulty goods being received if the items were delivered by Royal Mail, you will need to make a claim directly with them.  Please ensure you retain the damaged goods and packaging to validate your claim. We are happy to assist in anyway that we can with your claim.  If you receive an item that is faulty, please ensure that it is returned within 7 days, any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. Please ensure that you obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt.

In accordance with the European Directive on distance selling you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. In the case of goods the 7 working days must start from the day after the day that you receive the goods.

The warranty applies based on current statutory provisions. Additional information about manufacturer’s warranties can be found on the product pages or in the product manuals.
