Q. How soon can I expect my items?
A. We aim to post all items out within 24/48 hours (Monday – Friday). Please note we do not post weekends or Bank/Public holidays. In most case items are sent recorded delivery, the only exception is if the parcel is heavy and then it will be sent standard parcels. You will need to be available to sign for your parcel, we are unable to leave any delivery instructions asking for the parcel to be left in a particular place if nobody is in as a signature will be required.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?.
A. We accept all major credit/debit cards which can be paid on line at any time via our website or over the telephone. (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm)

Q. I am looking for a particular item but don’t see it on your website, would you be able to get it for me?
A. Please email us and we will see if it is something we could get for you.
Q. I have received my item but it isn’t really what I was expecting, can I return it.

Q. What happens if my item is damaged when I receive it.
